This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we, Rylo Inc. ("Rylo", "we", "us", or "our") collect, use, and share information. Unless presented otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect when you use our websites (e.g. www.rylo.com), our mobile application(s), our software (e.g. when hosted on servers that allows for the transfer, storage, and access of your pictures and videos (known as "Media Hosting"), as well as the software contained in Rylo cameras), and other services and products that present, reference, or link to this Privacy Policy (all of these collectively known as the "Services").

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If updates are made to this Privacy Policy we will provide notice by revising the "Date of Last Revision" at the top of this policy. In some cases, we may also provide notice on our homepage or send you an notice directly, such as through our Services or using your email address or other information we have. Our most current version of the Privacy Policy will govern our use of your information.

By accessing our websites, using our mobile application(s), our software hosted on servers, or our Services you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We collect information from or about the cameras, phones, or other devices where you use, install, or access our Services ("Device Information"). Rylo's Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. As such, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware of such collection of personal information we will take reasonable actions to delete any such information as soon as practicable. International Users

Rylo operates in the United States and, as a result, your information will be accessed and stored in the United States. Rylo also provides Services globally and may access or store your information in other parts of the world, consistent with this policy. Information collected within the European Economic Area ("EEA") may, for example, be transferred to countries outside of the EEA for the purposes as described in this policy.

Accessing / Updating / Removing Information

Rylo customers may request access to, modify, and remove most information associated with their Rylo Service by logging into their Rylo Media Hosting service account. Within your account you can access your information, and edit or delete your information from your account's Profile or Account Info. Be aware that deletion of your information may take some time to complete.
